Spring is finally here!

The weather has been amazing, and Boulder is just so beautiful this time of year. The snow is still visible on the mountaintops (where it belongs and not down on the streets of Boulder), the sky is bright blue, and trees have leaves once again.

With my first race in sight, and Ironman Brazil not too far away, I am back into heavy training. This winter saw another trip to Clermont for two weeks to rehab the hamstring I injured before Kona (and, of course, to enjoy some warm weather). Amie and Jack, the therapists at the National Training Center took fantastic care of me. Chuck Wolf, my strength guru, helped me with rehab and revamped my strength program. I left there feeling as good as new.
