We help plan your affairs to reduce taxes; prepare monthly financial statements to develop a more profitable business; represent you during tax audits if you have one and go to court if necessary; prepare your tax returns and other government reports; analyze investments, help make lease-versus-buy decisions and solve other management problems.
John Masters (extensive background)
In 1964, John graduated from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Electrical Engineering. For 10 years he worked in the Computer, Aerospace, and Electronics industry. In the meantime, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and started his Accounting career in 1974 and became a Certified Public Accountant. He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law and became a member of the Georgia Bar in 1979.
John has held teaching positions at Oglethorpe University, Clayton Junior College and the Becker CPA Review Course. He has been an active member of civic organizations: Northside Atlanta Jaycees, Decatur Dekalb Kiwanis Club, and he has been a Future Business Leaders of America sponsor and has taught in the Junior Achievement program. He has been Director of NAEA and the President of the Atlanta Chapter NAEA as well as a member of the ABA, AICPA, Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Society of CPA's, NSPA and has served on various committees.
