Description
This year the Junior League of the Emerald Coast donated $5000 of our funds to help students that were displaced by Hurricane Katrina and moved in to our area schools. Donations were used to buy new clothing and school supplies for Middle and High school students in Okaloosa and Walton County schools.
The Junior League of the Emerald Coast would link to say Thank You to our sister Leagues in Wichita, KS, Junior league of Baltimore, Junior league of Charlotte, NC , Junior League of Stamford/Norwalk, CT who all contributed funds and school supplies to our Hurricane Relief project.
A special thank you also to Target in Mary Esther and Destin Commons for their generous donations to our Hurricane Relief Program.
