Capt. Jim Shotwell - Boat Builder, a leader in boat building, restoration and chartering for many years, is changing its name to Capt. Jim Shotwell’s “James Craft Marine Services Inc.” The new company will also be adding new products including: Wood Decked Jersey Speed Skiffs, a James Craft 22 foot “Walk Around” Utility and reproductions of Chris Craft Kit Boat Kits from the 1950’s.
Our company is expanding in order to better serve the needs of our clients and we have gone from all part time employees to a full time staff of seven and an array of subcontractors for specific needs. We have also added a full time office staff to enable better customer interaction. Capt. Jim Shotwell is the President of Capt. Jim Shotwell’s “James Craft Marine Services Inc.” Diana Shotwell is the Secretary/Treasurer, Kevin Hess is the Vice President of Operations and Alisha Hess is the Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Alisha is also our full time sales person, handling all of our phone and internet sales of restoration products, books, plans, kits and nautical gifts.
