An involved board member of the Sienna Francis House homeless shelter, Heart Ministry outreach program, Black Student Catholic Scholarship Fund, and a member of the Omaha Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee, Jim embraces a leadership style that is attentive, compassionate and thorough.
Jim received a JD in 2000 from Creighton University’s School of Law and is currently a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He completed undergraduate work at Creighton University, where he served as President of the student body.
Upon graduation from law school, Jim’s experience at the Steier Group, a national consulting and fund-raising firm for non-profit organizations, involved helping numerous schools, churches and other not-for-profit groups around the country. Jim helped raise over $5 million for the Steier Group’s organizations and causes.
