While it is true that I do enjoy the sound of my own voice, this site was not created out of a desire to boast. I rather reluctantly began this project when I discovered that my publisher, David Hatcher Childress at Adventures Unlimited Press, had no budget for publicizing my HAARP book, and that if anyone did it, it would have to be me. That was in 1998.
