Our gourmet sauces are handmade from our own family recipes with fresh vegies, fruits, juices and spices. No wonder why our products are packed with flavor!
Sofrito is the flavor base of Caribbean cuisine--used traditionally in beans and rice and as a marinade, our Sofrito Salsa Verde (green salsa) is ground like a relish and our family uses Sofrito to flavor everything we cook...we even use it on hamburgers and hot dogs. Sofrito contains no sugar, no fats, no gluten, no preservatives.
