Jenkins Living Center, Inc., is a free-standing, non-profit health care corporation specializing in geriatrics. The skilled nursing facility, Jenkins Living Center, is licensed by the South Dakota Department of Health, and is both Medicare and Medicaid certified. The Jenkins’ organization opened its doors in 1958 after a fund-raising effort by a group of dedicated Methodist people in Watertown.
