Jenco Irrigation traces it modest beginnings back to 1975 and a small company in Ft. Worth owned by the late Porter Jennings.
In 1990 the company was acquired by Franklin J. Chaloupka. This began the foundation for what would become one of the largest professional service providers of landscape irrigation and lawn sprinklers in Tarrant County, Texas.
