Description
JEMS is a small family business situated in North West Leicestershire consisting of myself, Jan (cook and product developer!), my partner Mike (2nd cook, washer-up and admin!) and my daughter Elanor (sales and marketing wizard!). We make top quality marmalades, chutneys, jams, pickles and cakes to name a few.
All of our produce is made in our own kitchen at home and goes out to the customers at the peak of freshness. We bake cakes freshly for our markets and events and fill in every spare moment stocking up with preserves.
Our preserves are sweetened with sugar or honey and if a little help is required with setting we use only apples and citrus fruits.
