Janice Lutsenko's Pressed flower art blends her joy of gardening and love of flowers. Her home garden not only supplies the material for her work but aides in the inspiration for her pictures.
Janice does traditional pressed designs with a passionate eye for detail but is best known for her whimsical country scenes; wild gardens, falling fences, and her trademark quilt pictures. Janice worked for five years as a florist in Vancouver and has a Liberal Arts degree from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC. Janice pursues this rewarding old art form full time from the studio in her home.
