Driven By Fate? It all started with a white minivan. A $1,000,000 hydrogen fueled minivan, to be exact. General Motors sponsored a class in spring 2004 at Duke Business School to study the commercialization of fuel cell vehicles. Of course, neither of us actually reg-istered for the class before it was full. But forno apparent reason, we each separately beg-ged the professor to let us into the classright before it began.
