About JameshOustOn.com
About time I updated this site? Well, possibly. I’ve given it a facelift, made it more accessible and so on. Now whilst we’re on the subject of time… On 31 October 2004 at 0100 GMT, the UK makes the annual switch from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time. This means an extra hour in bed unless you’re a night worker which means an extra-hour at work. Daylight saving was introduced to the UK as an economy measure during the first world war in 1916.
