Dr. Jim Wood is a Yale-trained physician in full-time clinical practice in Charlotte, NC, providing all facets of nephrologic care for adult patients. He also has extensive experience performing utilization reviews. Dr Wood grew up in northeast Arkansas, working on the family’s farm during the summers. After attending college and medical school in Arkansas, he moved to Charlotte, NC, for his residency in internal medicine at Carolinas Medical Center.
