I am a lawyer practicing securities and administrative law in California. I hold an A.B. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles and a J.D. from Loyola University of Los Angeles. As a lawyer specializing in securities law, administrative law and healthcare law, I have argued cases at the state, district, and federal levels, including the California Supreme Court. I founded my law firm, the Law Offices of James Jay Seltzer, in 1973.
