Yesterday I spent about 4 hours tilling the soil, preparing for my new garden this fall. This is my very first attempt. It seems no matter how many times I dig around in the dirt there are always large rocks embedded in the dirt. As can be seen, the soil is sandy and a light brick red. I bagged the soil and had it analyzed. Needless to say there are very few nutrients in the soil for growing much of anything.
