Jack’s Joke Shop was founded in 1922 by the late Jack Goldberg and is now run by his son-in-law Harold Bengin and Harold’s son Michael. Jack’s Joke Shop has been featured in periodicals such as People Magazine, The Boston Globe, The Boston Phoenix and various other publications nationwide. The shop is a favorite among Boston natives as well as celebrities such as Neil Diamond, Muhammed Ali, Larry Bird, and Walter Cronkite.
