HOME BUILDING:We built our first home in 1946 and since have built in excess of 750 homes. We, Jack DeLeon Construction, Inc. played a key role in the Fleetwood Housing Development. This was a four-year project on Des Moines' South Side. We specialized in custom home building by providing our customers with quality detail and flexibility to meet their lifestyle needs. In August of 1999, we began the Lakewood Hills development at Sun Valley Lake in Ellston, Iowa.
