First established in September 1997 by John Boast as a home based business in Buderim Qld. In 1999 we joined with Australian Finance Group, AFG, who is arguably the largest independent mortgage broker business in Australia. This change saw further growth over the years to the point where an office was needed and in 2001 a suitable location was found in Mooloolaba Qld. At which time staff were also employed to meet the growing customer demand for a more personal home loan service. In 2002 the current name and logo were adopted to reflect the continued growth and variety of services now on offer.
John was one of the early members of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia and is also an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia. These self regulating bodies ensure all members adhere to a strict code of conduct so consumers can be assured they are dealing with reputable and knowledgeable finance experts.
