J-Door.com is a service provided by LINC Media, an Internet destination content and engineering development company positioned as an incubator of technology and business in Japan.
Founded in November 1996 by CEO Terrie Lloyd, LINC Media's original focus was publishing and website development. In 1998 the company moved into building the tools and infrastructure that made the Web immediately useful, and began construction of its first destination Website, a popular online recruiting resource for Japanese wanting to work for a foreign company in Japan. The next two destination projects include the Software Marketplace/Electronic Commerce and Foreign Investment. Each destination consists of multiple websites produced by LINC Media, as well as sites owned by strategic partners. LINC Media's media channels are the best source of information on Japan's emerging New Economy, including J@pan Inc. magazine, CJNN newsletter, and Computing Japan Online. Our target audience includes fund managers, venture capitalists, Internet watchers, technology managers, business developers, consultants, Net visionaries, and government and academic researchers from around the world who are interested in Japan.
