The name of the corporation is Ivy Hall Property Owners Association, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the “Association.” The principal office of the corporation shall be located at 1426 Main Street, 19th Floor, Columbia, South Carolina 29201, but meetings of members and directors may be held at such places within the State of South Carolina, as may be designated by the Board of Directors. Section 1. “Association” shall mean and refer to Ivy Hall Property Owners Association, Inc.
