The system works with its users existing anti-virus software, spam and computer virus utilities, and any other technical features associated with their current service. The method of sending or receiving e-mails is also unaffected and it is therefore compatible with all webmail and e-mail client applications.
In the event that a user changes their 'back-ground' service provider the forwarding address on ITZoom's messaging platform is modified to point to the individuals new e-mail account. This allows those who move from one service provider to another to do so without the restriction of reprinting stationery and informing contacts of a change in e-mail address.
