- About Us
- Nancy and Mike Muldowney opened The Artshoppe at 264 Redfern Village on St. Simons Island in the summer of 2000. From 1993 to 2000, Nancy had operated her studio and framing business in a warehouse section off of Frederica Road. When Mike retired from the food industry, they decided to open an art gallery and frame shop in a more visible location than Nancy’s more rustic and out of the way studio. So now the Muldowney Studio, Inc. is the parent company of The Artshoppe. So they created The Artshoppe under the parent company of Muldowney Studio, Inc. The Artshoppe. In 2005, Mike and Nancy expanded their business by opening a second gallery and frame shop on the mainland in Brunswick, GA. Nancy’s works of art are on display at both locations for easy viewing.
