Description
Isolsoft was founded in 2001 by a team of experienced professionals from diverse areas of IT as programming, design and hosting services, web and software development. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Isolsoft develops and markets Support Center.
Support Center was launched in January 2002. Since then, it have undergone several upgrades, leading to the present version: 2.2. Each version has been released as a state of the arts at its given time. It is Isolsoft's intention to keep this high standard and level of achievement in the future through our daily hard work and receptive attitude towards our customers.
During our former years of work in the industry we had noticed that existed a need of an efficient help desk solution that could also be easy to use and affordable. The products already in the market at that time didn´t accomplish all this three conditions at once. The efficient ones were expensive and required a lot of training from the users, those easy to use were not really efficient and the affordable ones were not good.
