David Jevans, Chief Executive Officer

David Jevans' career in Internet security spans more than 10 years, having held senior management positions at Tumbleweed Communications (NASDAQ: TMWD), Valicert (NASDAQ: VLCT), Teros (acquired by Citrix, NASDAQ: CTXS) and Differential. Serving on the CEO's technology council at Apple Computer, Mr. Jevans helped to develop the company's Internet strategy. He also worked in the advanced technology group at Apple, and ran an engineering project involving advanced operating systems. Currently, he serves as the chairman of the Anti-Phishing Working Group (www.antiphishing.org), a consortium of over 1,500 financial services companies, ISPs, law enforcement agencies and technology vendors dedicated to fighting email fraud and identity theft online. The group's sponsors and research partners include the American Bankers Association, eBay, PayPal, Verisign, and Entrust. Mr. Jevans has also testified before congress on Internet security and continues to advise the U.S. Department of Homeland security. He holds numerous U.S. patents, and has a Master of Science degree from University of Calgary, Canada.

Steve Ryan, Senior Vice President of Business Development

Steve Ryan brings to IronKey more than 15 years in Internet security. Most recently, Mr. Ryan was the vice president responsible for business development at GeoTrust, a company that, along with VeriSign, dominates the digital certificate security market. Before GeoTrust, Mr. Ryan was vice president of corporate development at Arcot Systems, a leading provider of software-based authentication technologies. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of eVisa, the ecommerce division of Visa USA responsible for new initiatives and technology based partnerships. Prior to joining Visa, he was senior vice president of product management & marketing for First Data Corporation. Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University.

Gil Spencer, Chief Technology Officer

Gil Spencer brings to IronKey extensive experience in designing and shipping hardware and software solutions for high-volume consumer electronics. Most recently, he was responsible for next-generation software architecture at Portal Player, the provider of core processors for the Apple iPod. Prior to that he was responsible for developing the software architecture in system-on-chip devices at Genesis and VMLabs. These devices shipped in HDTVs, set-top boxes and DVD players from companies such as Toshiba, Samsung, and Motorola. Mr. Spencer also led the team at E4 that shipped the first DVD player for the Apple Macintosh. Prior to E4, Mr. Spencer worked at Apple Computer in QuickTime and System Software engineering.

Bill Harris, Chairman

Bill Harris is the Chairman of the Board of IronKey and also sits on the board of RSA Security (NASDAQ: RSAS) and EarthLink (NASDAQ: ELNK). Mr. Harris has a prestigious background in Internet security, consumer payments and consumer finance. In 1999, Mr. Harris became CEO of PayPal, launching an online payment service that quickly grew to tens of millions of active customers. PayPal was ultimately acquired by eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) for 1.5 billion dollars. Prior to PayPal, Mr. Harris was the CEO of the business and financial management software company Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU).
