- Iowa’s Promise helps all Iowans take part in the life-success of children and youth. By providing support and resources to individuals and communities, Iowa's Promise helps those community partners fufill Five Promises for America's youth (see below). Iowa’s Promise is strengthened by its work with the Iowa Collaboration for Youth Development, which believes all Iowans benefit when youth are engaged and contributing in their communities. Experiences and connections children and youth have growing up affect their success in school, in work, and in life.
