In 2000 the Board of Directors adopted "A Harvest of Joy" as its vision for the future of the District using the following verse from God's Word as its theme:
For the LORD your God will bless you in all your harvest, and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete. (Deut. 16:15)
Philippians 1:4-5 4 “In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy 5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.” Areas included in this vision are:
