Description
The first batch of students came to IICP on 1 January 2005. 15 young Saudi Arabians came in with a mission to acquire certain quality traits such as a change in their attitude, skills and knowledge in order to meet employment expectation when they return to Saudi Arabia. This eight-month training programme is designed to give them a comprehensive experience in building their (limited) competencies (knowledge, skills and attitude). Thus these 8 months have been truly intensive for them, where trainees are immersed in activities that provide real educational experiences for the entire days and evenings (from Monday to Saturday).
Apart from intensive English learning, trainees also learn Computing and Business, Arts and Music, and are actively engaged in specially designed/arranged Co-curricular activities including sports, personal development programmes, outdoor learning/field trips and creative projects.
Our commitment to this partnership is by far more than just to deliver what we have promised. This is shown by our effort in conducting a Homestay Programme (22-24 April) and an educational visit to INTI College Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur (26-28 August).
