InterNetX GmbH was founded in 1998 in Regensburg, Germany. The company provides internet business solutions, selling domains, virtual and dedicated servers, as well as custom server solutions for resellers and providers. InterNetX operates as a technical and strategic partner for worldwide enterprises, acting in the background.
With over 2 million managed domains and more than 1.000 physical servers, InterNetX acts as a service provider for many professional users in the European marketplace.
InterNetX offers you more than conventional domains. Currently more than 200 TLDs are available at InterNetX. Thanks to the structure of an efficient international domain platform, and as a direct member of the issuing authorities, InterNetX can pass on price and technical advantages to you. Via its subsidiary PSI-USA, official ICANN registrar, InterNetX is also accredited with VeriSign, Afilias, PIR, NeuLevel and other registries for generic TLDs like .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, .NAME etc. New top-level domains such as .ASIA, or .MOBI have been part of the product range at InterNetX from their launch.
Domains have to be quick and easy to register. For this purpose InterNetX provides you with the management software AutoDNS designed especially for the fast and easy registration of domains. This software enables customers to manage their domains, nameservers and contact handles. With the extended version Personal AutoDNS, the user interface and the branding can be adapted exactly to the client´s requirements. Customers can also create their own users and assign each user different system functions to suit their needs. AutoDNS has been in service since 1998 and is currently awaiting its 3rd revision. AutoDNS can also manage your NIC-Membership, such as Afilias, DENIC, NeuLevel etc.
In our server product group we have virtual and dedicated, as well as custom server solutions available. InterNetX server solutions gurantee maximum security, availability and performance. All servers are housed in the ultramodern InterNetX Elite Data Center in Munich, Germany, which meets even the most demanding requirements. From the 3 Gbit/s connection to the enterprise sized USV and 24x7x365 security personell - we've got your server security and performance covered on all bases.
For InterNetX, beeing close to our customers and providing competent service are essential. The InterNetX customer team offers you assistance workdays from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm CET. For emergencies you are provided with the number of a 24-hour hotline. There our experts on servers or domains are available to give you professional support at any time of the day or night. Corresponding hardware compenents or spare systems are kept ready for you at all times.
