Intelliquence, Inc. was formed in 1999 for the purpose of supporting and marketing the Intelligent Queue Manager (IQM) software product. Our headquarters are in Evergreen, Colorado. As far as we know, our software was the original automation tool for handling teletype reject queues. The IQM was developed in 1991 by Covia, later Galileo International, to handle message queues on the Apollo Reservations System.
