Then you need to engage an experienced CFO, FD or Controller with experience from Large Projects, Turbulent Environments and, Multi Cultural Environments. I am offering a unique combination of experience from Europe, Middle East and Asia as well as from both Manufacturing and Project Businesses. I have continuously held positions on CFO/Country level, including top roles in HR, IT, Admin and Legal, in several Multi National Companies with Swedish, European, Middle Eastern, Asian or US Managements, for a period of 13 years on top level, whereof 8 years in majority held JV’s in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. The work has mostly focused on improving P&L and Project Control, support of Senior Management in Business and Strategic Decisions and in improving Financial and Administrative Control. Some roles have included the role of ‘Company Secretary’, management of JV agreements and most roles have been associated to ‘General Management’ issues. I am an analytical, calm and a creative problem solver. Streamlining, Restructuring and other Development work have been a continuing part of my responsibilities, with Process Developments such as new Policies / Procedures and several implementations of new ERP’s. I can handle business in environments both with multi cultural issues and with severe compliance issues, understand the behaviors among employees, am a good listener and coach for people in their professional development and am influential in the management team.
