inspro - Who we are: In 1687, in the back room of a London coffee house Robert Lloyd founded a "market for the transaction of business", known to all as Lloyd's of London. The Elizabethan Act of 1601 permitted him to do so. Lloyd adopted the motto uberrima fides which means "good faith overflowing" In 1988, Al Masella and his daughter Michelle founded Insurance Professionals, Inc., in Cary, North Carolina. It has grown to be a full service agency known to most as inspro.
