Insight has always featured as a key role to helping those in need within Angus. For years counselling has taken place in numerous surgeries including Arbroath, Forfar, Monifieth, Carnoustie, Brechin etc. As of April 2009, Insight has expanded to help the demand for counselling with a new office located in the centre of Arbroath. The office will feature group work and one to one counselling, similar to the Dundee office.
