Description
INOVA Technical Innovation Centre Ltd. came into being on the 15th of February 1965 as Zaklad Doswiadczalny. Until the 31st of December 1992 it functioned as one of the parts of KGHM Polish Copper Ltd. in Lubin. On the 1st if January 1993 it was transformed into a limited liability company with 100% share of KGHM Polish Copper Ltd. On the 1st of January 1996 KGHM Polish Copper Ltd. turned all the shares to Dolnoslaska Spolka Inwestycyjna-joint stock company and this legal status still lasts. Since 1 st of December 2001 company has called INOVA Technical Innovation Centre Ltd. The share capital of the Company amounts to 6 600 000 PLN .
There are four special departments in INOVA. Their technical structure and organization are prepared to make innovations. They make a base of producing machines and installations and also improving some technological processes in a sphere of technical science.
