Nowadays with all the stresses and strains we experience from the pace of modern living it is becoming more and more important for us to use the spare time we have to relax as effectively as we can.
There is increasing scientific evidence to show that music can provide a powerful aid towards effective relaxation and improvement of general health. Inner Harmonies Music chooses titles with this idea in mind. These have been variously described as Relaxation or Ambient music, or Romantic Melody. This melodious music is a delight to listen to whatever you are doing, whether relaxing at home or busy at work.
Inner Harmonies Music (IHM) is run by the songwriter and musician, Annie Locke (click for photo), and partner Francis O'Neill (click for photo). We live and operate out of Evesham, UK. You will be able to find out much more about Annie's work on these pages. Francis maintains an interest to help promote inspiring music. His other job is ICT Trainer with a local Council (UK). He has spent much of his working life in communications in one form or another. He has written for magazines, been the publicity and promotions person for a pensioners charity before joining Inner Harmonies Music. And before all that he spent a good ten year slice as an archaeologist and field officer running excavations around the UK (notably Peterborough).
