Inner Sanctum was created in October 1998 to give people a sanctuary where they could re-connect and return to themselves through bodywork, energy work and Reiki classes. Life coaching, guided meditation and meditation classes are also now offered. Inner Sanctum can be one of your sanctuaries for your mind, body and spirit.
