Injured Workers of New York, Inc. is celebrating over ten years of service to workers who have become disabled from workplace injuries and/or illnesses. We are the oldest and largest, statewide, support and advocacy group for injured workers that are trying to navigate New York State's workers' compensation system. We are a 501c-3 tax-exempt, nonprofit. We, also, hold a seat on the NYS Workers' Compensation Board's Practices & Procedures Committee.
