Informator arbetar med kunskapsöverföring som hjälper organisationer och individer att utveckla rätt kompetens. Vi ser det som en del av våra kunders verksamhets- och affärsutveckling. Syftet med ny kunskap är att organisationen ska fungera bättre. Det åstadkommer vi genom att utbilda en individ i taget.
När en individ utvecklas, får han/hon ut mer av sitt arbete och företaget får ut mer av varje medarbetare. Det leder till ökad lönsamhet, vilket ger utrymme för ännu mer utveckling.
Den här goda cirkeln börjar med kunskap. Att koppla kunskapsöverföring och kompetensutveckling till affärsnytta är därför en viktig del av vårt sätt att arbeta.
Utifrån ett affärsperspektiv analyserar vi nuvarande och framtida kunskapsbehov. Vi rekommenderar vilka utbildningsinsatser som behövs. Efter genomförd utbildning gör vi uppföljningar som säkerställer att kunskapsmålen är uppnådda.

You are welcome to enlist to a course through any of our sales representatives either by telephone +46-(0)31-773 07 90 or by fax +46-(0)31-773 07 80. You may also enter your booking by clicking on the desired date of the planned course. However, we highly recommend that you to keep in touch with us as well.
Confirmation In accordance to your booking you will recieve a confirmation with information about the course data directly sent to your e-mail. An invoice will be sent separately after the course. Start and end of day Normally first day starts with signing in between 9 - 9.30 AM when we offer coffee/tea and a sandwich and the course starts at 9.30 AM. Remaning days the courses start at 9 AM and ends at 5 PM accept for User IT courses which ends at 4 PM. Differences can be found in specific courses and you will recieve exact data with a reminding e-mail in about two weeks before the first day of the course. Booking revisions and general rules
You may rebook or cancel you booking free of charge until 15 work days before the course date. If the cancellation/rebooking should be at a later date, without a medical certificate, the whole course fee will be debited. However, your booking reservation may be used by a colleague.

Guarantee of satisfaction We are convinced that the course you have chosen will correspond to your expectations and provide the desired knowledge and skills. However, if you are not satisfied, we may offer a new course (the same course) free of charge. This is agreed upon after consultation with one of our trainers.
