We ran a study by name and age range, and found nearly 30 possibilities, but the investigator set his eyes on a fellow in Saratoga, CA (Less than 100 miles away) and contacted him. It was the right person, and he was very excited to find out his old friend remembered him. Emily was notified of the find, and she called back one month later to tell of their reunion. She said they were both like young boys again, and were happy to find out they were so close and could get together often.
Fifty-two years had passed since Ora Clark last laid eyes on Barbara Gardner. In the summer of 1945, Clark of Seattle, received a "Dear John" letter from his girl "Bobbie". He never spoke to her again.
