- I formatted my laptops hard drive because I didn't want two partitions, when I reinstalled windows, all of the original programs were missing. I have successfully reinstalled the drivers and most of the programs, but the webcam program doesn't recognize my camera. Vista does, but the program doesn't. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
