We’re not a buying service. We build long lasting relationships with our clients because of the value added we bring to them, like being available after hours for last minute changes or problem solving; or consolidating a direct mail campaign with printing, mailing and Internet services. We promise to be as competitive or better as a large, less involved shop.
We're not order takers. Expect us to ask a lot of questions at first, until we are familiar with your business. We won't bother you with lots of technical details or problems. We’ve run into most problems that might occur, and can usually solve them without involving our clients -- unless they want to be involved, which in most cases they don’t, since leaving the problems to us is usually why they came to us in the first place.
We are active and experienced graphic and web marketing consultants. We have the marketing and technical experience to accomplish what we need for our clients. We get paid for what we know, not for what we do.
