About Indy-Net
Indy-Net.co.uk was built by me, Claire Stone, and launched in May 2004. The site was created as an online collection of (mainly British) articles and reviews written about the film trilogy that I had collected over the past few years.
I have been an Indiana Jones fan since about 1990 when I first remember watching Temple of Doom and Last Crusade on television. I was born in '82, so was sadly too young to appreciate the films at the cinema, although I have since watched Raiders on the big screen (where it really should be seen) twice.
Indiana Jones introduced me to archaeology, which I went on to study at Edinburgh University. I am most interested in the Palaeolithic and Mesolithic eras (early to mid Stone Age), and human evolution, although Ancient Egypt and the Orient have always fascinated me, thanks in part to Indy's adventures.
