I started the business in 1984 by purchasing manaufactured homes and placing them on parcels of land to sell as affordable housing. The big demand for affordable well built homes prompted me to expand and open Independent Homes Inc. in 1990. My company has helped over 1000 families realize the dream of home ownership. We've been a dependable business for our customers for 20 years.
