Forest Staples is President and Chief Executive Officer of Insyde Resources, Inc. and uses his more than 18 years of IVR and call center expertise to position Insyde Resources, Inc. as the leading provider of Intervoice IVR applications programming. Previously, Mr. Staples served as the Call Center Systems Manager for Bank of America Corp. (then NationsBank Corp.) in the Charlotte, NC based customer service center. He then participated as an IVR specialist on a select Call Center project team to integrate the call centers for Bank of America Corp. (then NationsBank Corp.). In the past 18 years, Mr. Staples has helped navigate businesses through the numerous upgrades of Intervoice IVR‘s as they have, and continue to, evolve.

Mac Sawyer is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Insyde Resources, Inc. and provides direction with his extensive knowledge of IVR, Web and several other programming utilities. The unquestioned leader of the company’s extensive IVR knowledge base, Mr. Sawyer excelled on the IVR applications development team at Wachovia Corp where he was recognized as the leader in providing cutting edge solutions for IVR technologies. After receiving training at SpeechWorks, Mr. Sawyer developed a prototype speech application for the bank and participated in the design of Wachovia’s Advanced Speech Recognition applications. While at Wachovia, he also incubated, designed and developed an application distribution system that helped reduce implementation times from weeks to days and in some cases hours. As the lead designer and developer on the project to move the IVR’s from behind the switch/ACD, Mr. Sawyer helped to integrate this change with the Cisco ICM and Quintus CTI products.
