In 1991, two entrepreneurs with vast experience in the electronics retail industry, started a company called Images Furniture Mfg. Ltd. Utilizing their knowledge, they began to produce audio/video RTA furniture to meet the needs of consumers. Through hard work, relentless dedication and superior customer service, they have become one of the fastest growing RTA furniture manufacturers in the world.
In 1999, with the acquisition of the trademark names Sonax and MediaMaxx, came the change of the parent name to Corporate Images Holdings Ltd. A year later, Corporate Images acquired the assets and brand name “JD Whitney”.
After 14 years and 7 expansions, Corporate Images manufactures from its 208,000 sq’ facility and is still looking to further expansion with an additional 100,000 sq’ coming in the very near future. It will also continue to grow its current distribution centers by adding more warehouse locations to the several already established throughout North America.
