A small bowel biopsy or colon biopsy will help make the diagnosis of Crohns. Complications are bowel perforation, fistula formation, bowel perforation or bowel obstruction. Recently anti inflammatory medication, for instance anti-tumor necrosis factor or infliximab, has shown better results in treatment of Chrohns.
