Shihan Paul Arel is the founder of the Kokondo arts and it's worldwide governing body, International Kokondo Association (IKA). Shihan Arel practiced martial arts from 1950-January 2009 full time, until his passing. The current kaciho (head/leader) of the IKA and it's honbu dojo (World Headquarters) is Master Gregory Howard (IKA Internaitonal Director).
IKA member dojo are located worldwide. Any school teaching Jukido Jujitsu or Kokondo Karate is a sanctioned member of the IKA.
