In a continuing effort to educate consumers, IINC operates a toll-free hotline for consumer inquiries and brochure requests while maintaining an extensive library of print and video information about the insurance industry in California. IINC staff also distributes written and video news releases, opinion pieces and consumer alerts to the public through the news media and World Wide Web. IINC membership is comprised of both commercial and personal lines insurers who do business in California.
