For me this year has been a definite roller coaster ride, one moment you are up and the other moment you are down! Many prominent members within the cannabis industry have suffered at the hands of the un-just laws that are allowed to exist by corrupt governments. It seems that they want only persecute and prosecute us with these laws.

At the beginning of this year Shantibaba (Scott Blakey) was in jail in Switzerland serving time for developing more potent cultivars (a variety of a plant developed from a natural species and maintained under cultivation) of cannabis. On the 3rd of October Shantibaba was freed after serving 14 months in jail for growing cannabis (a plant) within Swiss borders. He was on day release from prison for a while, and is happily getting back into his swimming again after not having access for the duration of his jail time.
