Description
I congratulate school management and teachers by heart due to this institution which is established with their cooperation. I appreciate their contribution to education of next generations as well as to gather students from different nations, to establish friendship between them and to bring them up for future.
LUMINA Educational Institutions was founded in 1994 in Constanta following the agreement between the presidents of Turkey , Mr. Suleyman Demirel, and Romania , Mr. Ion Iliescu, with the help of the Turkish ambassador to Romania , Mr. Yaman Baskut, and Turkish businessmen.
The International computer High School of Bucharest was founded in 1995 by Lumina Educational Institutions in Salaj area. In 1998, the school started in new building in 428, Mihai Bravu str, sector 3. ICHB is a Private School which follows the standards and regulations of the Ministry of Education.
